We all need help keeping on track with our health and wellness.  Sometimes it's ideas, sometimes it's a kick in the butt to get back on track.  Each month I will send out a newsletter with ideas to help you with a total wellness approach.  This site is not all about weight loss.  I approve of getting healthy and that includes our mind as well.  Take a proactive approach to your health and think of the things you can do today, to make your future health better.

I will also send out weekly tips to keep you motivated through out the year.  Just little things you can add to your day to improve your quality of life.
