Fitness Tips for WomenYou can't have wellness without fitness. This doesn't mean running 3 miles a day or heavy weight training. This means moving your body more than you do already. Yes, some cardio is needed 3-5 times a week in our society of elevators and mass transit. I have a feeling some of you may be amazed at how much you move already. Start moving a little more and notice the improvement. I will include articles on how to work out at home, exercises to do at the gym, terminology, and many other necessary items for fitness.
